After two years of gaining trust today for the first time bea took her legs out the back to be trimmed by a man without trying to take the trimmer out !!  . She was still shaking (has been abused by old owners) but managed to find it in herself to trust . I am so proud of her my heart is beaming . And it was all her choice, no force . Thanks QS x

That's great news, Sarah!

Well done, Bea!  Well done, you! Well done trimmer (Bon?)! And, as you say, thank you QS!

As her confidence grows and she starts to trust more people, her whole life will change. This is just the beginning!

Thanks for sharing Sarah,

It is moments like these that make us grateful for this amazing journey we are all on and without a doubt the work that you have done with Beau through the programme has made this all possible, I am sure that from here on you will see the improvement with each trim. :)

She was a very brave girl, even though she was clearly frightened, bless her x

She was frightened but she was able to think her way through it enough to try -

Great story and congratulations to you.  Its these little things that some people brush over as not important, and just accept or label the horse as difficult.  It is great in QS that we see this feedback and help our horses be confident and trusting.  The layers we build with them help them on so many levels, this is just the beginning, its so exciting!

She's just amazing . . .. alexia no was mark gent (KC Pierre graduate ) got him in as they are growing a bit wonky but thinks it's because bon couldn't ever get her feet out the back so wasn't balanced . Was worried this would alter her legs , pelvis but all good , bones aligned correctly it's just the hoof and all can be corrected and she took them out the back for him .  :). . . now to ride her :lol:
