As part of our "Tango with a Twist" action on the forum, I am posting this video here to share with my team mates and with anybody else that might be working on this assignment.

I learnt so much working on this assignment (this was submission No. 6!). Most importantly:

1. Keeping my weight down and my focus up for the direct reins
2. Keeping my inside hip and should up whilst cantering (not leaning into my turns)
3. Keeping the rein nice and casual whilst cantering (really letting go) and relaxing my bum and legs, too, to give comfort in forward.
4. Sitting back whilst cantering (also helps to give comfort)
5. Going through my steps to picking up a short rein when asking for the flexion to stop (rather than grabbing the rein)

This assignment also worked on my emotional fitness. Having had a rough time with it with Trooper, Blue has restored my confidence in throwing the rope over whilst in trot. Did somebody say "start with your easiest horse"?
