on your progress with your horsemanship.
Quantum Savvy is available to students wherever they live,
the Quantum Savvy Natural Horsemanship Coaching Programme
was designed to provide you with information and tasks
to do via the Lesson Packs and for you to receive regular
feedback from one of our helpful Team of Instructors.
Each Lesson Pack comes with its own assigments to complete,
which you video and send to one of our coaches via our
video coaching site or mail to the QS Head Office for
feedback from your QS Instructor (coach) on your progress.
Feedback is essential to your progress to help you stay
on track and progressing. A little diverging can be a
good thing however your coach will help to make sure you
are heading in the best direction to reach your goals.
Assignment Homework
 Each Lesson comes with homework cards with practical tasks to complete to build your skills. As you complete the tasks you tick the boxes along side them so that you have a record of what you have done. It's a bit like keeping a progress diary.
Once you have ticked all the boxes in your homework cards for that lesson, it's time to do your Assignment Card (assignment) for that lesson. This you either do live with an Instructor or by video and send it in for feedback on your progress. The idea is to get as much feedback and coaching as you can so that you can keep progressing along your pathway to horsemanship and make the most of your coach's horsemanship experience.
You can either do the Assignments as you go through the Lessons or leave them until you have nearly finished the Level and do them all at once. We recommend you do them sooner rather than later......remember the important thing here is to get the feedback, not wait unitl you think you have it all perfect. If you leave it too long, your horse will get bored and you may have diverged from your track a little.
As you successfully complete each assignment showing you are proficient at that Level, your coach will sign off that card as completed. If your coach feels you would benefit from spending a little more time on the assignment card he or she will offer you valuable hints and tips to enable you to build your skills and complete the card. In this instance you will need to do a little more practise and then submit the assignment again. Remember....it's not about getting it right, it's about getting the feedback to improve your horsemanship.
 I thought I didn't have everything perfect when I first did the assignments and was surprised to complete nearly all of them! With the feedback I got I was able to improve a few things that I had been unaware needed changing! I then resubmitted those I had left and completed Level 1. To know that I was on the right track for Level 1, I had so much more confidence to do Level 2 and then 3. Now I'm working with some new horses and still submitting my assignments as I go just to ensure that I am staying on track.

Once you have successfully completed all of your assignments for the Level you are working on, you will receive a Levels Achievers Pack to commemorate your achievements. Your Achievers Pack includes a certificate stating your successful completion of the Level, a Horseman's String in the colour of the Level achieved - red for level one, blue for level two, green for level three - a Levels Achievers badge, a QS sticker PLUS a copy of the assignments for the next level so you can see what kind of things you'll be doing as you progress.
Submit Assignments Video Upload or Mail in your
Video
Video Upload - by far the quickest
and easiest way to do your assignments. Simply get someone
to video (or sit the camera on a post) you doing your
assignment, then plug your camera straight into your
computer and save your footage into a computer file.
Then go to the video section of the website and click
on the video upload button below, select your file and
upload it. All assignment coaching is free for QS members.
We can then view your assignments and get feedback to
you asap, so no waiting for the mail! Ideal for students
keen to get their feedback quickly, or those who live
some distance from the nearest instructor. Upload

Live with a PG group - QS practise
groups hold days where they get together and film their
assignments and share their discovories and tips with
each other. Check here to see if there is a QSpractice
group near you..Take your assignments (Challenge
Cards) along with you.....you will get them with each
Lesson Pack, or you can download them from the website.

Other Important Assignment Information
Who Can Approve My Assignments?
- Level One and Level Two assignments can be done by an Endorsed or higher Instructor.
- Send your Level Three assignments along to a Senior or higher Instructor.

Levels assignments you will receive your FREE Achievers
Pack! Congratulations.

*please note.....most students will require some feedback and to resubmit a few assignments before they can successfully complete them. This is the best way for you to utilise the programme and gain valuable coaching from your Instructor. It may take several submission before you have successfully completed all of the assignments. This is perfectly natural and is to be expected. |
